Terms of Service.

By accessing or using thiswilldomillions.com, any MILLIONS Discord server, Telegram channel, or paid subscription service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MILLIONS is an automated, data-driven signal service that surfaces on-chain activity on the Solana blockchain. The Service includes alerts about token launches, wallet activity, and trading patterns.

The Service is informational only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content on the Service is for general information and entertainment purposes. You bear full responsibility for any trading or investment decisions you make.

Nothing on the Service constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency, token, or financial instrument. The operators of MILLIONS are not registered financial advisors, broker-dealers, or investment managers. Memecoins and other speculative crypto assets are extremely high risk — most go to zero. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. You must not be a resident of, or access the Service from, any jurisdiction where its use would be unlawful.

Paid subscriptions to MILLIONS Premium are priced and paid in SOL on the Solana mainnet. Payment is processed on-chain via our subscription bot. There are no card payments, and we do not store financial account information.

Subscriptions are non-auto-renewing and grant access for the stated duration (currently 30 days per payment). Once a payment is verified on-chain, your access is provisioned within minutes. If you do not renew before expiry, your access will lapse automatically.

Refunds. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible. We do not offer refunds except at our sole discretion where a subscriber experiences a demonstrated outage or service failure on our side within the first 48 hours of their current subscription period. Refund requests should be submitted via Discord.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or publish premium signals outside the paid channel.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Impersonate MILLIONS, its operators, or other users.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or facilitate illegal activity.
• Submit payments from sanctioned wallets or jurisdictions.

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and permanent ban from all MILLIONS channels.

All content on the Service — including text, methodology, scoring formulas, code, branding, and visual design — is owned by MILLIONS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use of the signals you receive.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Discord, Telegram, Solana RPC providers, DexScreener, Birdeye, BonkBot, GMGN, Axiom, and others). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third parties. Your use of any linked service is governed by that service's own terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce profitable trading outcomes. Past performance of surfaced signals does not guarantee future results. On-chain data may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies outside our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILLIONS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the legal theory. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MILLIONS, its operators, and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your trading decisions, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. If we terminate without cause during an active paid period, we may issue a prorated refund. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MILLIONS is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
