We collect the minimum needed to run the Service. We never sell personal data. On-chain data used for signals is public and inherently identifiable by wallet address only.

From paid subscribers

• Telegram user ID and username (from the subscription bot).
• Optional: Discord username, when you link it for premium-role assignment.
• Solana wallet address you pay from (visible on-chain; we record the transaction signature for verification).
• Subscription reference IDs, payment timestamps, expiry dates.
• Referral codes you're issued or redeem.

From visitors to the website

• Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) retained for security and debugging. Typical retention: 30 days.
• Anonymous analytics about page views and navigation patterns.

Email waitlist (optional)

• Email address you submit via the homepage email form.

• Provision and maintain your subscription.
• Verify on-chain payments and prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions.
• Send service-critical communications (renewal reminders, subscription expiry, security).
• Operate and improve the Service.
• Enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for advertising.

The Service relies on a small number of industry-standard infrastructure and third-party providers to host the website, operate the database, deliver Discord and Telegram messages, and read public on-chain data. Each provider has its own privacy policy. Using the Service means data may flow through these providers as needed to deliver subscriptions and alerts.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of your data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Object to specific uses.
• Withdraw consent (for email waitlist).

Email us (see About) with the request. We respond within 30 days.

Caveat for on-chain data: once a SOL payment is on the Solana blockchain, we cannot remove it from the chain. We can only purge our internal database references.

The site uses minimal cookies, primarily for essential functionality. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We retain subscription data for the longer of: (a) the duration of your active subscription, or (b) twelve months after subscription expiry, for dispute resolution and legal compliance. Logs and analytics are retained for shorter periods as noted above.

We use industry-standard practices (TLS in transit, restricted database access, secret management, role-based access controls). No system is perfect — if you suspect a security incident, report it via the About page.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you become aware that a child has submitted data, contact us and we'll delete it promptly.

Our providers may process data outside your home country, including in the United States and Europe. By using the Service, you consent to such cross-border processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means acceptance.
