How does billing work?+
Paid in SOL direct to our wallet, verified on-chain by the subscription bot. No card, no chargebacks, no middleman. One payment gets you 30 days. Renew any time before expiry to stack another 30.
What happens if I cancel?+
Nothing to cancel — there's no auto-renewal. You simply don't send the next payment. Your access expires at the end of the current 30-day window. Roles and channel access revoke automatically.
Can I get a refund?+
On-chain SOL payments aren't refundable the way card payments are — we can't reverse a transfer. In practice, if something genuinely breaks on our side within your first 48h (verified outage, no signals fired), reach out via Discord and we'll make it right either with extra days or a manual SOL refund.
Is the early-bird price locked in?+
Yes. If you subscribe while early-bird spots are still open, you stay at 3 SOL/month for as long as you keep renewing without a gap. Let the subscription expire and the renewal rate is whatever's current.
What currencies do you accept?+
SOL only, on Solana mainnet. Send from any wallet, to a dedicated address the bot gives you, with a reference code that ties the transaction to your subscription.
Do you offer annual or lifetime plans?+
Not yet. Monthly only. Pricing may move — grandfathering early-bird subscribers keeps our incentives aligned with yours.
