How does billing work?+
Paid in SOL direct to our wallet, verified on-chain by the subscription bot. You do NOT connect your wallet to our site — you send SOL from whatever wallet you already use (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, hardware) straight to our subscription address. We never touch your keys. No card, no chargebacks, no middleman. One payment gets you 30 days. Renew any time before expiry to stack another 30.
What happens if I cancel?+
Nothing to cancel — there's no auto-renewal. You simply don't send the next payment. Your access expires at the end of the current 30-day window. Roles and channel access revoke automatically.
Can I get a refund?+
On-chain SOL payments aren't refundable the way card payments are — we can't reverse a transfer. In practice, if something genuinely breaks on our side within your first 48h (verified outage, no signals fired), reach out via Discord and we'll make it right either with extra days or a manual SOL refund.
Is the price locked in?+
Yes. 2 SOL/month is the flat rate. As long as you keep renewing without a gap, you stay at 2 SOL. If we ever change the rate, existing active subscribers stay grandfathered at their entry price.
What currencies do you accept?+
SOL only, on Solana mainnet. Send from any wallet you already use (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, hardware wallets, exchange withdrawals — anything that can send SOL). No site wallet connection needed, no memos. The bot gives you a dedicated address; you paste the transaction signature back after sending and it's verified on-chain.
Do you offer annual or lifetime plans?+
Not yet. Monthly only. Pricing may move — grandfathering deal-window subscribers keeps our incentives aligned with yours.
